A Boat Ride on Hussain Sagar Lake :
The Hussain Sagar Lake is popularly known as the Tank Bund and it is a beautiful sunset point to be visited while travelling to Hyderabad. The lake connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The lake and its precincts were a great amusement area as there we were able to enjoy our Hyderabad tour to the fullest. A Lumbini Park featuring musical fountain and beautifully landscaped gardens and the boad club and rides were some of the highlights; yet the spectacular monolithic statue of Buddha is unparallel. We took a boat ride in the lake for only rupees 20 and it was a very enjoyable journey. However, now I feel that one can enjoy the sunset and the statue from the banks better.

Must See Museum in Hyderabad, Salar Jung Museum :
We just returned from our Hyderabad trip and the first thing I wanted to do was to recall the experiences and jot them down. It is like revisiting the place all over again; one of my fondest memories of Hyderabad was the visit to Salar Jung Museum. This is an absolute must see attraction in the city as it houses valuable historical information and innumerable priceless antiques and relics. These relics and antiques are collected by the Nawab Salar Jung III after which the museum has been named. Incorporating significant historic artefacts from round the world the museum has 36 galleries which display beautiful paintings, pottery, sculptures some of them dating back as early as 1st century. The Founder’s Gallery rekindles the royal aura in the premises and houses numerous articles related to Salar Jung’s life. Photography was not allowed inside the gallery.

Not just the business facilities, the hotel is also appointed with various recreational amenities and offers great food thus was a great value for my money.
