Shimla: The Summer Capital of the British India, Shimla is truly a perfect place to enjoy your holiday as leisure. Now the capital of Himachal Pradesh, it is a Hill station of north, offering a great view. The place still has the touch of British architecture and designs in certain places; just walking around the Mall is pleasure. Nothing like the mainstream Indian climate, Shimla is very cool and fresh. The lush green Hills and the snow capped mountains stand tall, making it a very scenic place.
SHIMLA – TOUR SHIMLA AND KUFRI
After breakfast, proceed for a day tour of Shimla and Kufri. Visit several prominent attractions like the Jakhu Temple, and Christ Church, Ridge, Viceroy House, Summer Hill.
In the afternoon, drive to Kufri (8600 Ft), a 18 km drive from Shimla, which takes about an hour. In Kufri, you can rejuvenate yourself amidst the dense forests, snow-capped mountains and exotic flora and fauna. Evening time is completely free to enjoy the breath taking beauty of Kufri region.

SHIMLA – MANALI (250 KMs./7 HRS. APPROX.)
After breakfast, check-out and drive to Manali. Enroute you will visit Kullu Valley. Visit Shawl factory of Kullu. Kullu Valley is surroundded by Shivalilk Ranges of Himalayas is famous for Apple Trees. On arrival check in to hotel. Evening at leisure. Dinner and Overnight stay in Manali.
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Manali. Visit Hadimba Temple, an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, a mythological figure from the Indian epic Mahabharata. Vashist Hot Springs, renowned for its temples and sulphur hot springs, endowed with great healing powers. Manu Temple, the temple is dedicated to the Indian sage Manu who is said to be the creator of the world and the writer of Manusmriti. Visit Tibetan Monasteries. Walk around the mall in the afternoon. MANALI – DAY TRIP TO ROHTANG PASS (55 KMS./2.5 HRS APPROX., ONE WAY) / SOLANG VALLEY (15 KMS./1 HR. APPROX, ONE WAY)
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Rohtang Pass (13,000 Ft) (SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY OF PERMIT). This is one of the world’s highest motorable roads, and surely has a mesmerizing view of the other gigantic mountains. There couldn’t be a better way to make the most of your visit here than indulging in snow adventure like skiing, paragliding, zorbing, sledging and many others.
If Permit is not available, then visit Solang Valley (8400 Ft), known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sports most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing. You can avail all these on direct payment basis. Evening return to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay in Manali.
MANALI – DHARAMSALA (240 KMS./6.5 HRS. APPROX.)
After breakfast, check-out and drive to Dharamsala passing through beautiful landscapes of the Himalaya.

After breakfast, a day tour of Dharamsala. Visit the Bhagsu Nath Temple, then visit Norbulingka Institute which is perhaps one of its best in the world. The institute has its own temple, Museum, Meditation Hall, One thousand, one hundred and seventy-three images of the Buddha decorate the forty-four foot high temple hall. Visit Tsuglhakhang, The temple and residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama, afternoon enjoy a walk along the mall road, where Tibetan refugees display and sell their crafts.
