Jaipur Celebration of The Color Holi Festival Experience

At around 10 am meet your chauffeur in your hotel lobby and proceed to the Diggi Palace to celebrate the joyous festival of Holi as local people do. Your Holi celebration in the Diggi palace begins by applying various rainbow-colored powder and throwing of colored water on each other amidst loud music and drums. In the middle of the celebrations, you will also be served traditional Rajasthani snacks prepared by local women. Then prepare to dance along with the festival's other partygoers as you tap your feet to the folk songs of Rajasthan's Rain Dance. Simultaneously you can try your luck at the games competition that is being conducted and try to win exciting prizes. Towards the evening enjoys the cultural folk dances by Kalbeliya dancers as well as the festival's famous puppet show. Throughout the day, you will be told about the significance and the stories behind the festival of Holi. By the end of the trip, you'll have a better appreciation for the true spirit of the festival.
