Calicut offers a rich cultural history, beaches, and local cuisine. Wayanad is a peaceful hill station with forests, wildlife, and waterfalls. Bekal is famed for its scenic beauty and iconic fort, while Kannur showcases historical charm, Theyyam performances, and pristine beaches. The tour ends with a visit to the vibrant city of Cochin.

Calicut is in the northernmost part of Kerala. This youngest district of Kerala has a lot to offer backpackers and pilgrims. The enduring charm of its beach, the architectural marvel of the Temples, Mosques and Churches, and the unique and tell-tale folk art are genuine attractions for tourists around the world.
After breakfast at the hotel, you have the rest of the day at leisure. It is a beautiful district of Kerala gifted with many forts, rivers, hills, beaches, forests and mineral resources. If you wish, you can head out to explore at your own pace.
After breakfast, embark on a wonderful journey to Wayanad driving through lofty peaks, cascading streams, verdant forests and hills, and winding roads. It is a green paradise nestled among the lush mountains of the Western Ghats; Wayanad is nature’s abode of Kerala. The land is clean, pristine, enchanting and hypnotizing as well as replete with fascinating history and culture.
On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Later in the day, proceed to visit Lakkidi View Point - the gateway to Wayanad, situated 2296 ft. (700 m) above sea level at the crest of the Thamarasseri Ghat pass. It is a great vantage point to view the valleys and the mountains. Also, visit Pookat Lake, a natural fresh-water lake, nestled amid evergreen forested hills, and a one of its kind in Kerala. Boating facilities, children’s park, handicrafts, spice emporiums and a freshwater aquarium are among the tourist attractions here.
This day after breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing. Wayanad, a serene hill station, offers a variety of picturesque and adventurous experiences. Start with the Edakkal Caves, famous for ancient rock carvings and a rewarding hike with panoramic views. For nature lovers, a visit to Banasura Sagar Dam is a must, where you can enjoy boating while surrounded by lush green hills. Adventure seekers will love trekking to Chembra Peak, where the journey rewards you with a heart-shaped lake along the way. For wildlife enthusiasts, the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary offers the chance to spot elephants, deer, and a range of bird species. Lastly, don't miss the cascading beauty of Soochipara Waterfalls, perfect for a refreshing dip amidst nature.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bekal. It is famous for its Bekal Fort, which is the largest and best-preserved. The beautiful Bekal beach with the Bekal Fort in the background is now being developed into an international tourist destination. This fort also provides a unique Aqua Park that has water sports facilities. On arrival, check-in to the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel today proceed for sightseeing. Visit some ancient temples and important forts and churches that highlight the old glory of Bekal. Places we would be visiting include – Chandragiri Fort, and Cheruvathur Kotta Palli. End the day with a visit to Kanwatheertha Beach.
After breakfast today visit the Kavil Bhavan Yoga and Meditation Centre. Here yoga is combined with other procedures to cure a wide range of ailments from Asthma, allergy, blood pressure, obesity, aches, and common colds. You will also visit a few other places such as the Madhur Temple which is famous for its rich architectural and copper plate roof. Then visit Manjeswaram which happens to be another destination with a number of temples and mosques, and this is what makes this cashew growing town a prominent pilgrim centre.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to Kannur district which is bounded by a wealth of natural beauty. Kannur enjoys the credit of having been the cradle of colourful art and folk music of Kerala. The ships of King Solomon are believed to have been anchored here at one time.
On arrival, check-in to the hotel. Later, proceed for sightseeing of Kannur. Visit the Parasinikadavu Temple, Kannur Fort and Muzhipilagadi Beach that is Kerala’s only drive-in beach. In the evening you can witness the colourful cultural shows that take place in some of the temple areas.
This morning, post breakfast get transferred to the railway station to board the train to Cochin. Upon arrival in Cochin, Meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the evening will be at leisure.
Today post breakfast at the hotel, go for Kochi sightseeing tour that begins with a visit to Fort Kochi located on the western coast of India amidst the pristine waters of the Arabian Sea. On visiting this fort, soak in the mesmerizing specimens of the bygone era. The architecture of this gorgeous fort uncovers the layers of colonial influence ingrained in this city. Visit the St. Francis Church within the middle of the fort’s complex. Built-in the year 1503, it is the oldest church built by Europeans in India. The lofty architecture of this Church is impressive in every way and has managed to retain its ancient charm, over the years.
Also, visit the Jewish Synagogue located close to Fort Kochi, which is more than 100-years old. It was built in 1568 and is a showpiece displaying hand-painted floor tiles, Belgium-imported glass chandeliers, and rare antiques, etc. and an exclusive gallery. We end the day with a visit to the Chinese Fishing Nets. They are a hallmark of the Fort Kochi, visible from Fort Kochi. The concept of these fishing nets is said to be introduced by Zheng He (a Chinese explorer). Here the fishing nets are made of bamboo and teakwood poles and practice the principle of balance.
Post sightseeing, get transferred to the airport for onward journey.
