Upon arrival at Port Blair in the morning by flight/ship, our representative will welcome and guide you to the respective hotel. After lunch, visit the Corbyn’s Cove Beach - 9kms from Port Blair, which is ideal for swimming and bathing. Then proceed for a leisurely cruise (Harbour Cruise) in a steamer along the Port Blair Harbour to Viper Island. The gallows atop a hillock here is a sight to watch.
Start after breakfast for a full-day excursion to North Bay (Coral Island) which houses coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes among other marine life. You can also opt for snorkeling, glass bottom boat ride, swimming, trekking. Next, head to Ross Island. British governed the entire Andaman and Nicobar Islands, prior to India’s Independence. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amid sylvan surroundings with deer, peacock and other exotic birds.
Early morning departure by private ferry to Havelock Island (57kms from Port Blair by sea). Upon reaching the island, first visit the mesmerizing Radha Nagar Beach. Adventure freaks can try scuba diving, fishing, swimming. Stay here overnight amidst the golden beach and lush green forest in a comfortable beach resort. Far away from the population, this quiet place is ideal for newbies or ones seeking a break from the crowd.
Check out from the hotel in the morning, keep your luggage in the hotel cloak room and visit KalaPathar Beach – a quite famous beach in Havelock Island known for big black stones. This beach is located in one corner of the Havelock Island, well connected by road. The Kalapathar beach is situated on one corner of Havelock Island. The beach gets its name from the surrounding village, which is Kalapathar Village and the black rocks (known as Kalapathar in Hindi) that adorn the coastline here. Spend rest of the time on Kalapathar Beach. Collect your luggage on return. Post lunch proceed to harbour to ferry back. Return from Havelock to Port Blair in the afternoon and proceed to hotel.
After breakfast, start for a full-day tour of places in and around Port Blair. The city tour covers the famous Cellular Jail, Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika), Andaman Water Sports Complex (for water sports like water-skiing, boats, water scooters, tube rides) and the Cottage Industries Emporium (Sagarika) - for shopping & souvenirs. In the evening, attend the light and sound show at Cellular Jail which illustrates the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle.
