Itinerary

On arrival at Delhi Airport, our representative will greet you. After the warm welcome transfer to the hotel and relax.

This morning after breakfast, set out on a sightseeing tour of Delhi city. You will first explore the Old Delhi area, starting with India’s largest mosque Jama Masjid. Next, visit Old Delhi’s oldest and biggest market Chandni Chowk. Later, enjoy a rickshaw ride from Fatehpuri Majsid to the impressive red sandstone monument of Red Fort. Here, our driver will pick you up and drive you to Rajghat, the cremation site of Father of the Nation - Mahatma Gandhi.

Afterward, proceed to Humayun’s Tomb, a World Heritage Site. It’s the first garden-style tomb of India built in 1565 featuring striking Persian inspired architecture. Later, take a sightseeing tour of New Delhi by driving past Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s House), Parliament House and India Gate - a cenotaph of the Indian soldiers who died in World War I. Lastly, visit world’s tallest brick tower at a height of 73 m, Qutub Minar, which was built to mark the beginning of Muslim rule in India. Return to the hotel.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Mandawa. On arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in where you will rest and relax for a while. 

In the evening, visit Mandawa town, stroll through the bustling bazaars. Visit the numerous beautiful “Havelis” in this small attractive village and interact with local people. You can also visit the Shekhawati region, an important town of the years gone by, to see the number of remarkable Havelis and Castles in the nearby towns of Nawalgarh and Laxmangarh. These Havelis are museums in themselves, numerous havelis built by the rich merchants as their residence in the 18th and 19th century.

After breakfast, drive down to Bikaner and on arrival, get transferred to the hotel. Afternoon, proceed for half day sightseeing visiting Junagarh Fort, the 16th-century fort was founded by Raja Rai Singh. It encompasses old palaces, temples and a mosque. It is distinguished by 37 pavilions, a line of balconies and aerial windows of varying designs. The museum inside the fort is dedicated to royal costumes, textiles, and accessories, and also reveals changing cultural eras in its display of family portraits of the former rulers. Camel Research and Breeding Farm: The only one of its kind in Asia, extends over 2,000 acres of semi-arid land. The camels are sold in the cattle fairs of Bikaner and Jaisalmer, where they are decorated in traditional finery, colorful and complementing the stark brown terrain of the desert environment.

After breakfast this morning, drive to Jaisalmer, fondly called the “Golden City” of Rajasthan. The city was founded in the 12th century and is known for its spectacular forts and havelis (mansions) and also for its spectacular golden desert. 

Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, check-in to the hotel. Evening, visit local markets packed with traditional Rajasthani goods. You can look for handicrafts, jewelry, antique shawls, carpets, rugs, clothing, and the list is endless.

After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer covering Jaisalmer Fort, which is built on the highest point of the Trikuta hill, consisting of 99 bastions. Outstanding features are Megh Durbar and various temples, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli and Patwon-Ki-Haveli. These mansions with stone carving and latticework are a model of breathtaking intricacy.

In the evening, we’ll take you to an adventurous camel safari in the Sam Sand dunes of Jaisalmer. The ride will take you through a romantic experience on the sand dunes at Sam with view of the sunset, music, and ballads and folk music and dance performances.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Jodhpur - the blue city of Rajasthan, and the state’s second-largest city. On reaching, check-in to your hotel and relax in the evening.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, leave for a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. Start with visit Mehrangarh Fort, one of the most impressive forts of Rajasthan. The walls of the fort surround the old city of Jodhpur, and the fort stands 100 feet on a perpendicular cliff and 400 feet above the skyline of Jodhpur. Fabricated with red sandstone, the fort is a sight to behold. Now proceed to Jaswant Thada, a white marble amazing monument, which is towards the left of Mehrangarh fort. It is a 19th-century cenotaph built in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. The main memorial has been built like a temple with intricately carved marble stone that is sculpted by genius artisans. A visit to this structure is through the rocky hills giving it a secluded and a mystic aura. 

Afterward, visit the iconic landmark of the town - Clock Tower (otherwise called Ghanta Ghar). Located close to the clock tower is the vibrant and quaint Sadar Market selling textiles, antiques, silverware, and handicrafts.

After breakfast, begin driving towards Udaipur. En route, halt at Ranakpur Jain Temple – a three-storied 15th-century temple made of white marble. It was built by a rich Jain businessman and is dedicated to Lord Adinath - 1st Tiranthakara (Spiritual teacher) of Jainism. This temple is said to have around 1,400 pillars that are designed totally different from each other. It was among the 77 sites to be nominated as the 7 wonders of the world. Continue driving to Udaipur. On reaching, check-in at the hotel and relax.

After breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit City Palace, built-in 1559, overlooking Lake Pichola. It has gradually evolved to be the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. The main attractions of the palace are Durbar Hall, Crystal Gallery, Palace Museum and Jagdish Temple. Later, visit Saheliyon Ki Bari that is a small ornamental garden built in the honour of Royal Ladies for recreational purpose, and visit Lok Kala Mandal, which exhibits all kinds of folk art items from folk dresses to ornaments, and from folk musical instruments to paintings to masks. Opened seven days a week, puppet shows and folk dancing are held every evening from 18:00 to 19:00 hrs in an adjacent open-air theater. Next, visit Shilpgram to see the village arts & crafts. Evening free to relax, optionally you can take a walk through the narrow lanes and back streets of Udaipur up to the Washing Ghats at the lake Pichola. Enjoy Boat ride at Lake Pichola.

Morning after breakfast, drive down to Pushkar. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Evening, you can proceed to enjoy the colourful market of Pushkar.

Pushkar Fair is also known as the Pushkar Camel Fair. Held over a period of seven days in the month of October and November, it is an annual camel and livestock fair. The festival is also touted to be the world’s largest cattle fairs. Experience various activities offered in the fair like a camel cart ride, hot air balloon, watch performances like turban tying competition, moustcahe competition, best dressed camels, folk music and dance among other interesting activities. Spend the day visiting the colourful Pushkar Fair and enjoying the colorful display of unique exhibitions, exciting competitions and fascinating events. Return to your hotel in the evening.

After breakfast, go for the sightseeing of Pushkar city starting with the ancient Brahma Temple. The temple is believed to be over 2000 years old and it is said to be the only prominent temple in the whole world where Lord Brahma (Hindu creator God) is worshiped. After a short walk from the temple, you’ll arrive at the Pushkar Lake, considered to be a sacred lake, a large number of devotees throng here to offer prayers and to wash away all sins by taking a holy dip in the water. Stroll leisurely and take in the tranquil surroundings of Pushkar, before you continue drive to your hotel in Jaipur. Check-in upon arrival and relax.

This morning after breakfast at the hotel, start Jaipur excursion at Amer Fort, a 16th-century majestic red sandstone and white marble fortress-palace located on a hilltop of the Aravalli Ranges. Reach up to the entrance gate of the majestic fort riding on the back of a caparisoned elephant. Next, visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory housing world’s largest stone sundial. Then proceed to Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds, an exquisite 5-storey building with over 953 ornate windows. Lastly, City Palace which still continues to be the residence of the royal family, and also houses the City Palace Museum, which displays interesting royal collections. Return to the hotel or visit the local market.

This morning after breakfast, drive to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (37 km from Agra). Commissioned by emperor Akbar in the 16th century, this old fortified city once served as the capital of the Mughal Empire. Built-in red sandstone, it is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Each important edifice here represents a type by itself. Notable among them is the Diwan-e- Khas, the airy Panch Mahal, the marble Tomb of Salim Chisti, Buland Darwaza - the giant main entrance to the fort, among others. On arrival at Agra, get transferred to the hotel.

Enjoy an early morning visit to the world-renowned and World Heritage site of the Taj Mahal (Closed on Fridays). The Taj Mahal, which is one man’s monumental testimony to love, has become synonymous not only with Agra but with all of India. A mausoleum built by Shah Jahan for his empress Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is the primary attraction of the city. 

Return to the hotel for breakfast. After enjoying a hearty breakfast, check-out of the hotel then visit Agra Fort, which lies on the bend of the river Yamuna and located close to the Taj Mahal. Built by Mughal Emperor Akbar over 1565-73 AD, its architecture was successively occupied and added to by Jahangir and Shah Jahan. Afterward, journey to Delhi to connect a flight to home / onward journey.
