Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival in Delhi, our representative will meet you at the airport and assist you in your transfer to the hotel in Delhi. Delhi is the Capital of India. Delhi is not a city but it is the book - A book which narrates the history of India. The city was built and destroyed seven times and has been witness to the various events which has brought India through history books. Today as the capital of India, Delhi is the seat of administrator and monuments which tell the saga of bygone era that stand here. These icons are testimony to the grandeur of past and also an attraction for the tourists. This day is all yours to enjoy leisure activities and relax.


Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, set out on a sightseeing tour of Delhi city. You’ll first go for Old Delhi sightseeing, starting with Jama Masjid, the country's largest mosque, built in 1656. The mosque's courtyard is capable of holding 25,000 devotees at once. Next, visit Old Delhi’s oldest and biggest market Chandni Chowk. Later, enjoy a rickshaw ride from Fatehpuri Masjid to the impressive red sandstone monument of Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, our driver will pick you up and drive you to Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi - Father of the Nation. Afterward, proceed to Humayun’s Tomb (UNESCO World Heritage Site), an early example of fine Mughal architecture in India, built in 1565. Humayun's Tomb is often said to be the inspiration behind the Taj Mahal.
Later, take a sightseeing tour of New Delhi and drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s House), Parliament House, and India Gate - a war memorial constructed in memory of 70,000 Indian soldiers who fought in WW-I. Lastly, visit Qutub Minar (UNESCO World Heritage Site), a soaring tower of victory. Its construction was commenced in 1193 under the supervision of Islamic ruler Qutub-ud-din-Aibak, immediately after the defeat of the last Hindu Kingdom in Delhi. The marble and red sandstone built structure is nearly 73 meters tall and tapers from a 15-meter-diameter base to just 2.5 meters at the top.

Day 04: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur By Road [240 Km / 4 Hrs. 30 Min. Approx.]

After an early morning breakfast, check-out of the hotel. Later, drive to the beautiful city of Jaipur, also known as the Pink City of India. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned city of the Mughal Empire. The city boasts some of the magnificent monuments built during the Mughal era, which include the Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza and Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chisti. You have time to explore the corners of Fatehpur Sikri before continuing way. Later continue drive to Jaipur, and check-in at the hotel on arrival. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.


Day 04- Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur By Road [240 Km / 5 - 6 Hrs approx.]

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri. Built in the 16th century, this ancient fortified city was once the capital of the Mughal Empire. The complex includes Diwan-i-Khas building, which has a beautifully carved pillar at its centre and the Panch Mahal Palace. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check into your hotel and relax. Later, check out and explore the unending shopping options in Jaipur. As part of the tour, we will start off from the essential point of the Rajasthani craft work i.e., block making and block printing and visit some of the local stores. We will also explore some of the famous places for a variety of jewelry including chunky tribal jewelry, gold and diamond jewelry as well as colorful lac bangles.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing

Today after breakfast, explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), situated just outside the city. Enjoy the experience of ride on elephant back to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of City Palace in the heart of Jaipur, known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Not far away is the Central Museum. Jantar Mantar (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. Drive Past the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds that was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. All monuments are located in the vicinity of City Palace Complex of Jaipur. Afternoon is kept free to visit the famous markets of textiles, gems, carpets, and handicrafts. Jaipur is an ideal place for buying souvenirs.

Day 06: Jaipur – Cochin [By Flight]

After leisurely breakfast, drive back to Delhi and get direct transfer to the international airport to connect flight back home. Check into hotel and relax. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 07: Cochin - Munnar [130 Km / 04 Hrs approx.]

After breakfast, check out from hotel for Munnar. On your way to Munnar treat your eyes to the beautiful views of the cardamom hills and tea plantation. Reach Munnar and check-into hotel. Freshen up. You can spend rest of the day at leisure or enjoy a stroll nearby.

Day 08: Munnar sightseeing

After breakfast set off for Munnar sightseeing tour. Explore the Kundala Lake - a beautiful lake situated 1700 m above sea level; Shooting Point - one of the most photogenic place near Munnar, Echo Point, Mattupetty Dam, and the Eravikulam National Park - home to a great wildlife including the endangered goat species, Nilgiri Tahr and the rare purplish Neela Kurinji Flowers, which blossoms only once in 12 years. Day 09: Munnar - Thekkady [91 Km / 3 Hrs. 30 Min. Approx.]

Today after breakfast you will be driven towards Thekkady (Periyar), a place known for its exotic wildlife including elephants, majestic hills and aromatic spice plantations. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and freshen up. Later, in the afternoon get ready for Thekkady sightseeing tour and visit Murikkady - home to the finest spice plantations of the world, mainly cardamom and pepper; the sleepy village of Chellarkovil with mesmerizing cascading waterfalls; Mangala Devi Temple from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Eastern Ghat Mountain Ranges; and lastly, the Periyar National Park, a famous wildlife sanctuary with great bio diversity and scenic natural beauty. Day Day 10: Thekkady - Alleppey [138 Km / 4 Hrs approx.]

After breakfast, check out from hotel. You will be driven towards Alleppey - the land of stunning backwaters and the most thriving tourist destination. Upon arrival, check into the houseboat and enjoy rest of the time at leisure. Enjoy the picturesque beauty of the backwaters as you cruise on a traditional houseboat through the network of lakes, lagoons and canals. Enjoy a magical sunset in the evening.

Day 11: Alleppey - Cochin [53 Km / 2 Hrs approx.]

In the morning have breakfast and then leave for Cochin. Upon arrival in Cochin, check in at the hotel and freshen up. After some time get ready for sightseeing tour of Cochin which includes visit to the Dutch Palace Museum also called the Mattancherry Palace, gifted to the King of Cochin by the Portuguese in 16th century. Then, visit St. Francis Church, India’s oldest European church and the Hill Palace Museum, Kerala’s first ever heritage museum exhibiting oil-paintings, murals, sculptures, manuscripts and belongings of the Royal family of Kochi. Next, visit the Jewish Synagogue, India’s oldest synagogue and lastly proceed to the giant Chinese Fishing Nets - the landmark of Cochin. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 12: Cochin [Departure]

Have breakfast in the morning and then check out for airport to board your flight for onward journey.
