Nagarkot, an internationally renowned resort set on the edge of the Kathmandu valley, close to the city of Devotees, Bhaktapur, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas of the country. It is the best place for unhindered view of world’s highest peaks.
As you arrive at Kathmandu airport, you will be welcomed by our representative, who will then escort you to the hotel. Later, proceed for half-day sightseeing tour of Patan City. Visit Patan Durbar Square also known as Lalitpur or the city of fine arts. Patan Durbar Square is a concentrated mass of temples, a classic example of Newari architecture to be seen in Nepal. Listed in World Heritage Site, the former Royal Palace complex is the center of Patan's religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious objects.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for the sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple (a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, on the banks of holy Bagmati river), Boudhanath Stupa (one of the largest stupas in the world, most important Buddhist shrine in Nepal). Later, drive Nagarkot, en-route visit Bhaktapur City (once capital of Nepal under Malla dynasty). Upon arrival in Nagarkot, check into the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Today, early in the morning proceed for a panoramic view of Himalayas during Sunrise. Later, proceed for the hotel. After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to Kathmandu airport to board the flight for onward destination. Our services will terminate here leaving you with sweet & unforgettable memories.
