Day 2 Udaipur

You will enjoy a half-day tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace, on the east bank of Lake Pichola. The complex houses a series of palaces built at different times. The City Palace, Jaipur, brings to you well-carved arches, courtyard, gateways, gardens decked with bright hued flowers. Museums display royal costumes, arms and ammunitions. The balconies of the palace provide panoramic views of the Lake Palace Hotel and Jag Mandir on one side, and the city of Udaipur on the other. The interiors of the palace show rich architecture and heritage of Rajput dynasties. Visit Jagat Temple dedicated to Goddess Ambika (an incarnation of Goddess Durga.

Day 3 Udaipur departure

After breakfast you will visit Eklingji temple, around 20kms from Udaipur city.

The temple boasts of a striking four-faced idol of Eklingji (Lord Shiva) carved out of black marble. The four faces represent four forms of the Lord. The Shivlinga (Phallic form of Lord Shiva) garlanded by a silver snake, acquires the major attraction of people.
